International report - Tunisian election preview: When too much choice leaves you no choice at all

Tunisian voters go to the polls next Sunday (15 September) to choose from a crowded field of candidates. The elections follow the death of President Beji Caid Essebsi in July. This is an election that many anticipate with impatience, mainly because Tunisia’s democratic transition has failed to keep the promises of the 2010 Arab Spring.
