Tuesday, Americans will vote to elect their next president. During the last days of the campaign, the candidates and their high-profile supporters have crisscrossed the country; stopping in the states where they think the election could be decided.
North Carolina is one of those swing states that hangs in the balance in today’s vote. The Hillary Clinton campaign dispatched its most high-profile supporter, the President himself, to North Carolina twice in the last week. The Republican candidate Donald Trump also made multiple visits to this must-win swing state.
